Last night I couldn’t sleep. Just one of those nights where you just don’t settle into deep sleep. Eventually I just woke up, and didn’t feel tired, which was odd. While waiting for the mail to come, I started looking up cymbals on ebay. I found a pair of hi hats that were pretty cheap, so I went to Zildjian’s website. They have a configuration utility that lets you hear a sample of each cymbal line and size. I’ve decided that there are no greater cymbals that the K dark lines. I’m torn between the k custom darks and the k darks, but they sound so great! Made me a bit hyper, actually, very exciting to hear something that sounds so good. Too bad it’ll cost a grand to get those cymbals, but in time. 
So my energy’s been relatively high all day. I didn’t feel like eating this morning, though I ate some fruit from 7-11. While at 7-11, the cashier asked me what my crystal was, which suprised me because it was in my shirt, but he must have just seen the top of it. It’s actually a moss agate, and mentioned I got it from an artist who sold stuff on guadalupe. He is apparently looking for a new crystal pendant or something, so I recommended Natural Magic. It was an interesting interaction.
I didn’t eat finally until subway around 5, but boy was I starving then! I guess the smell’s got to me, because I was going to wait and go to thundercloud because I like it better. Oh well I’m getting hungry again, need to figure out what to eat, but my energy is starting to kick back up after a lull before. I decided to catch up on the comics my brother sent, so it worked out to just relax after a long week. Hopefully my energy will stay up so I can get work done tonight and enjoy more of the weekend. Now if I had just got in to the chiropractor and took care of the rib head that’s poking out, life would be much better.
Oh yeah, and we finally got our deposit from our old place. No lawsuits, though the threat may have helped the management company get in gear. So yay, we have our $200 back, and we expect carrie’s financial aid tomorrow. I hope so, because we need to pay the electric bill, and then shop around for a laptop for Carrie. I love when financial aid comes in. Even if it’s a lot of loans, and we have to pay them back… It will all work out for the best.
